Are there BDSM contracts in India?
BDSM contracts are not real. It is a representation in black and white of a series of arrangements and agreements made between two or more individuals who would like to involve themselves in a relationship. This document, no matter how professionally crafted and worded, is not valid in the eyes of the law and has no legal binding clause. In fact you might to know that creating a slave contract can actually lead to persecution due to violation of undeniable human rights. The people involved in the relationship may of course choose to treat it very seriously. So from that perspective, sure contracts exist wherever kinksters interested in them exist, and having 1/7th of the world's population I'm sure India is no exception.
